I have been involved in most aspects of real estate for over 25 years. For 7 years I ran my own company, which sold commercial real estate, managed over 20 commercial properties (including retail centers), and handled all construction issues and leasing pertinent to those properties. I completed one of the first re-construction projects (ground up) of a commercial building destroyed in the LA riots.

Due to my experiences, I have served as the real estate purchasing agent for several trusts, and have been a real estate advisor for a number of clients. I have helped those clients with their investment strategies regarding purchases, sales, development, and/or joint-venturing their projects.

My clients have used my background to help them determine such things as whether or not they should do rehab work or face lifts to their properties to add value on sale. I have also been hired by several lenders to do opinions of value for them (a separate function than an appraiser), in determining whether they should lend or re-finance on those properties.

I was previously with Marcus & Millichap Commercial Brokerage for approximately 3 years, and was with RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage, as Vice President, Investment Division, focusing strictly on the sale of commercial real estate for approximately 6 years. I was also a member of the Platinum Club (for high sales volume) at RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage.

After recently selling a number of residential properties, I have joined Mark Miller at Barcode Properties to focus on helping my clients in the purchase or sale of their homes, in addition to helping them find, or dispense with, a variety of investment properties. Additionally, I have enjoyed helping friends and associates use Barcode’s financial wing to find loans to help them in securing their real estate futures.
